Flash Back Friday: July 8th 2009 - Day 7 of building R2-TD

Things are moving along now! When I arrived at Brad's, The gang was getting ready to glue Syrena's frame.

Jason continued to work on the skirt mold.

I finally finished routering all my frame piece and was able to do a dry fit to make sure everything lined up. I also purchased a dome so R2 will soon have a head.

Next build day is Saturday. We plan to glue 2 frames, work on my R2's legs to get them ready to mount, make an eye piece for the dome and cut more out on the dome.
